Their flirtations with metal probably meant they were too abrasive to fall in with the post/math rock kids, while their outings were often shambolic, endearing them to many but leaving others just plain confused... the groovy 'Ya Basta' sounds like Don Cab messing about with a chainsaw, while 'Cocorico' is spectacularly frantic... the remastered 'Corpus Daemo' songs have aged surprisingly well... All in all, a fitting epilogue for Daemien Frost."
